If there was ever a fairytale wedding, Jennifer and Dylan had it at the Four Seasons Orlando. We provided the sparkler boxes for ceremony and reception and below are some of our favorite photos!

We could not think of a better way to start our fall wedding season then with these two.  Amber and Bryon had one of those hard to put into words so wonderful weddings. The rain held off for their gorgeous outdoor ceremony complete with sparklers that light up the right kiss.
We provided uplighting, wall textures, pinspots and cake wash.
The best wedding crashers ever. Mickey and Minnie Mouse came by to say hello to the bride and groom.
And of course every single wedding is better with Confetti.

A three day weekend full of fun festivities…with your favorite family and friends…celebrating the love of your life… and the setting of your unforgettable weekend is set none other than the Four Seasons Resort at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Ali and Sheret were our Bride and Groom… but we have to include Mother of the Bride, Rhonda, in this latest installment on the blog. Not only did Rhonda and Ali tag-team this wonderful vision for the big celebration, but their zest for life and all things Disney were truly infectious and inspiring! Our experience with this family, and this wonderful couple, is one that our designers and our production crew will never forget. Their generosity, attention to detail, and the passion that they demonstrated each day throughout the planning process… will continue to be the reason why we love our clients and why we love what we do for them.
Okay fine…Back to the juicy details!
Day one… consisted of a “Mexican Fiesta” inspired Welcome Dinner which was held at the PB&G Restaurant. This casual setting actually hovered over water, giving guests a true Florida feeling upon their arrival. Our lighting team accented the space with String Market Lighting and incorporated some multi-colored lanterns to ensure color was at the forefront of this event.
Day Two… Here is where the designing begins!
Rhonda and Ali wanted to ensure that each day was bigger and better than the day prior. So with that said, and after a few desires were collected from the client, our design team went to work…
Our Lighting and production team provide all things light and AV in this room. We custom built the structure over the dance floor to incorporate not only a mystical looking dance floor , but a centerpiece to the room that provided a super cool lighting installation. Added into the mix was, the team from Botanica, a brilliant idea by designer Lisa Stoner to bring them on. The Floral team brought in just the right touches for the tables and dressed up the structure with the perfect amount of foliage, which honestly brought the centerpiece to life!
Accompanied by wireless pin spotting for the tables, the Lisa Stoner Events Uplighting treatment, and some really creative work with lightbulbs under the canopy… This room was so much fun to design. Accompany all of this beautifulness with the chandeliers in the Grand Ballroom at the Four Seasons, Magic was in the air for this Rehearsal dinner.

Yes! This was the REHEARSAL DINNER folks!

Day 3…Ceremony time!
The Ceremony was beyond words elegant… Soft colors, natural tones… The ceremony for Ali and Sheret was one that you actually wanted to experience first hand. The musicians were coordinated beautifully with each entrance of the processional, and when it was time for Ali to make her entrance… the room dimmed and the spotlight was on her!
Day 3…Reception!
Well folks we have finally made it… through the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and the breathtaking ceremony… we have made it to the grand celebration of the weekend. With the band sound checked, the floral’s and lights in place…we were stage ready for all guests to be wow’d by the detailed design. Our staff provide all things lighting for the reception which included pin-spotting for all centerpieces and table decor, wireless uplighting, and some dance floor lighting fixtures to ensure the pictures would come out just perfect.
The collaboration on this epic wedding weekend is one truly for the books. We can not thank everyone enough for their hard work, long hours, and even more beautiful designs that they brought to the table.

The wedding between Rebecca and Robert was seriously full of publish-worthy material for every top magazine in the world.
Our Services may have been a small part to their epic celebration, but nevertheless, we were honored to be apart of it. The lighting in the room, to the jaw dropping floral, right down to the table cloths… Everything was simply stunning.
One of our favorite things as a production company is to be able to bring the wow factor to our clients and Robert and Rebecca’s celebration is no different. They wanted to have a few “extra’s” for their guests to enjoy, so our team supplied the Confetti Cannon’s and our signature Co2 guns for the dancing hour.
